Job Description

Greet guests in a warm and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve meals and drinks to guests in the restaurant, bar, or via room service
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, buffets, and event setups
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations
Maintain knowledge of menus, daily specials, and dietary restrictions
Ensure timely and accurate billing using the POS system
Assist with inventory control by restocking service areas as needed
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Work closely with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure smooth service delivery
