Role Summary
The Food and Beverage Assistant - In Room Dining at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining service, ensuring each order is presented professionally and to the highest quality standards. This role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs to create a memorable dining experience.
What You'll Do

• Provide professional food and beverage service according to hotel standards
• Greet guests warmly over the phone and take orders following SOP guidelines
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the in-room dining menu to offer accurate recommendations
• Monitor the quality and presentation of food and beverages before service
• Address guest complaints or queries promptly and courteously
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the service area and equipment
• Prepare service areas before, during, and after operations, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a four or five-star hotel or comparable environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and adapt to guest preferences
• Quality-oriented with strong attention to detail and performance standards
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in relevant hospitality software is an advantage
