Position Overview

We are looking for a

professional and energetic Waiter/Waitress

with strong customer-service experience in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, fast-paced, and able to deliver an outstanding guest experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed product knowledge. Take accurate food & beverage orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain a high standard of customer service and guest interaction. Prepare and serve drinks (soft beverages, coffees, smoothies);
barista skills are a strong advantage.

Assist in table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area. Handle payments, POS system operation, and order tracking. Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Support the team with daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment.

Background in customer service, table service, and order handling is essential. Barista or beverage-preparation skills are highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be currently in

Dubai

and

available for immediate trial and joining

. Valid UAE work eligibility (visa or ability to transfer).
