Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team. As an FOH staff member, you will be the face of our establishment -- welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas. Handle cash and card payments as needed. Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, teamwork, and punctuality. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
