Focal Coordinator Healthcare
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients, hospitals, clinics and partner organizations.
Supervise and coordinate daily Nursing operations.
Prepare and manage staff duty rosters end month.
Ensure service quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and documentation.
Handle client feedback, complaints, and service updates.
Requirements:
Nursing background/ or with medical field knowledge (QCHP license preferred).
Arabic language mandatory, with good English communication skills.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and professional email correspondence.
Compassionate, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.
Preference given to candidates who can speak arab.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
