Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Assist with insurance verification, billing, and payments
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure efficient workflow
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Requirements:
Previous experience in a healthcare customer service role preferred (3-4 years)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, polite, and able to multitask
Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical systems are a plus
