The right candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth with B2B clients list in HORECA sector as Restaurants & cafe chains, hotels, catering companies. This role involves identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and presenting products or services to meet their business needs and to handle and manage the corporate client sales of the organization. The executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Excellent communication and presentation skills focused on sales;
Ability to understand Client's core needs and propose appropriate products;
Strong interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills;
Self-driven, motivated to make career in F&B sector, know the market and people;
Goal oriented with a desire to exceed expectations;
Corporate sales experience to HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafes) clients not less than 1 year, B2B only;
Experience in collaboration with clients to understand their pricing expectations, negotiate terms, conditions of contract and close sales deals
Understanding of HORECA market, requirements and bakery products needed;
Acquiring new corporate customers by market research and identifying sales opportunity
Meeting clients and making presentations for the customers to showcase the company's profile and products
Understanding the client requirements and then discussing with the production department for customizing the products as per the client requirements
Maintaining Relationship with all potential and existing clients with regular visits and meetings
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence on market trends in the industry
Providing quotations and preparation of contracts for client acquisition
Sending promotional adverts to the corporate customers on a regular basis
Research about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in corporate sales.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 2-5 years of similar experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment
Candidate should have UAE driving license
Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients
Client Database in HORECA or Supermarkets and/or Bakery Distributors field is advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis
Confident speaker in English.
MS Excel, Outlook, experience to work in CRM/ERP systems is advantage
