Key Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal visibility and placement of products on shelves according to planograms.
Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, Nesto) to monitor product displays, pricing, and stock levels.
Coordinate with store management and sales teams to arrange promotional displays and end caps.
Monitor inventory and replenish stocks to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Ensure all products are accurately priced and comply with promotional guidelines.
Report competitor activities and market trends to management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned display areas.
Implement and follow merchandising strategies as directed by the sales/marketing team.
Provide feedback from the market to help improve product movement and brand performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of merchandising experience in the FMCG sector.
Prior experience working in Carrefour, Lulu Hypermarket, Spinneys, or Nesto is
essential
.
Strong knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits daily.
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of stock inventory and merchandising software tools is a plus.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred).
