With our expanding portfolio of products and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an e-commerce sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual online revenue targets across marketplaces (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.), direct-to-consumer stores, and social commerce channels. Onboard, negotiate with, and manage relationships with online retailers, marketplace managers, and D2C partners; handle end-to-end onboarding and catalog setup. Optimize product listings with compelling content, images, keywords, A+ content, and SEO to improve visibility and conversion rates. Plan and execute online promotions, deals, coupon strategies, price optimization, and inventory management to maximize online profitability. Monitor and analyze online performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, GMV) and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and finance to ensure stock availability, pricing accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. Manage digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social ads) and affiliate partnerships to drive incremental online sales. Coordinate with logistics and 3PLs for smooth delivery, returns handling, and order quality issues. Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and ethical standards. Prepare regular performance reports, share insights, and adjust strategies with leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
