The Area Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations within the assigned territory to achieve revenue and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the FMCG segment
Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets
Build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
Ensure proper product availability and visibility
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of FMCG sales experience (UAE market preferred)
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
