Job Description
Overview of the role :
The FM Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling the execution of all annual maintenance contracts in line with SLAs, ensuring high-quality performance and service delivery at every stage.
What you will do :
- To plan all works such as PPM, CM, and casual jobs as per SLA.
- Ensure all PPM, CM, and casual works are completed on schedule.
- Maintain proper documentation related to contracts and service reports.
- Ensure costs are aligned with the desired margins and profitability for each job.
- Arrange and coordinate tools, spares, and equipment for the sites.
- Train staff to uphold the highest standards of HSE practices.
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, both internal and external.
