Supervision of the building facility.
Manage daily facility operations, including security, waste management, cleaning, and general upkeep.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance, respond to emergency repairs, and oversee both in-house and outsourced work.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services, negotiate contracts, and check completed work.
Maintain accurate records, report incidents, and maintenance activities.
Core Skills & Qualifications
Experience in facilities maintenance, ideally in residential settings.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
