Responsible for full coordination of repair, maintenance, and safety of ADIB premises.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Responsible for monitoring/ supervising FM Contractors & Suppliers.
Coordinates Access assignments, and FM work orders.
Conduct premise site visits for monitoring purposes.

Observe, record, and report unsafe working conditions including health & safety risks.
Respond to emergencies in an efficient and timely manner.
Set up, maintain, and organize FM central files, information, filing, and messages
Function as a liaison between local vendors and ADIB internal groups.
Coordinate service requests with Facility Management and/or external vendors.
Ensure all equipment is operational; coordinate repairs as required
Investigate equipment upgrade alternatives and offer suggestions to management
Provide back up for Head of FM to resolve or coordinate resolution for all facilities requests.
Obtain Vendor prose quotes upon requirement.
Prepare purchase requisitions with accompanying justification.
Obtain vendor statement of works, arrange for new vendor setup.
Prepare check requests and route requests to appropriate management level for approval.
Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
FM technical knowledge.
Diploma Certificate in any FM Systems AC, Power , Electromechanical or equivalent Engineering skills.
Technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering.
Previous experience:
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar FM role within a sizable organization similar to ADIB.
