Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage cleaning and housekeeping staff at various client locations
Prepare and monitor staff duty schedules and attendance
Ensure staff follow cleaning standards, safety protocols, and site-specific instructions
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain service quality
Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and clients
Handle staff performance, grievances, and disciplinary matters as required
Provide on-site training to new staff members
Maintain daily/weekly reports and update management as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning/facility management industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage staff across multiple sites
Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (for reporting and scheduling)
Must hold a valid UAE driving license
