Job Description

Looking for your next step in Facilities Management? Join our team and lead day-to-day operations, vendor management, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee facility operations: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping & security Supervise technicians and manage vendor performance (SLAs & KPIs) Ensure compliance with health, safety & statutory standards Monitor utilities and drive cost-saving initiatives Handle occupant requests and emergency responses Prepare reports and assist with facility budgets

Requirements



Immediate joiner (mandatory)Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or Facilities Management 2-4 years of FM/building maintenance experience, with 2+ years in supervision Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, fire & safety, electrical, plumbing) Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills Candidates available within UAE preferred.
