Job Summary:

The FM Pricing & Coordination Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and pricing proposals for Facility Management projects. This role requires close coordination with the Sales Department to support client proposals, ensure feasibility, and maintain compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing, and proposals for FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, MEP, and other facility management operations. Analyze project requirements, scope, and specifications to provide accurate and competitive pricing. Collaborate with the Sales Department to support client meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and within budget. Maintain a database of pricing standards, vendor rates, and historical project costs for reference. Support contract review and ensure alignment between project deliverables and pricing. Assist in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs). Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to maintain competitive proposals. Ensure timely submission of all pricing and proposal documents to the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant discipline). Minimum [X] years of experience in facility management pricing, estimating, or project coordination. Strong understanding of FM operations, services, and cost structures. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and costing software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between Sales and Operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
