major Facilities Management (FM) companies
in the UAE and possess strong technical and supervisory skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day FM operations across multiple sites.
Supervise maintenance teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities (MEP, civil, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor asset performance and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience
in Facilities Management, preferably with
major FM companies
in the UAE.
UAE Driving License is a must.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Ability to
work independently
and manage multiple responsibilities.
Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
