Main Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Plan, schedule, and monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for timely task completion.
Manage
tenant check-ins, move-ins, and move-outs
, ensuring proper documentation.
Conduct site visits and inspections when required.
Collect and verify
invoices and supporting documents
before submission.
Maintain accurate records of assets, maintenance activities, and service reports.
Communicate with vendors and monitor their performance to ensure quality service.
Ensure all works comply with safety and company standards.
Prepare simple reports and assist in facility documentation and audits.
Carry out
any additional duties
assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in property or facilities coordination.
Good understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Flexible and willing to conduct
site visits when necessary
