Designation: Facilities Coordinator
Reports To: FM Engineer, FM Manager
Interfaces with: FM Engineers, Supervisors, Team Leaders
Function/Role: FM Coordinator is responsible to assist FM Engineer and Assistant Facilities Manager to carry out day to day engineering and Planning activities related to project in accordance with contract specification. They are responsible to assist in overseeing all technical task are carried out efficiently and are coordinated to Supervisors & Team leader. All the technical reports, files, and records are to be compiled accurately and promptly maintained.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing monthly/weekly or quarterly report as required by the management.
Assist FM Engineer to plan resources to support maintenance works.
Report to FM Engineer on job progress and issues on daily basis.
Monitor the site's operational procedures to ensure the client's expectations are conveyed and worked upon.
Prepare Liaise and assist supervisors in preparing quotation and estimates.
Monitoring the costs and timescales, liaising with the clients and gaining approvals where necessary and reporting back to FM Engineer / Assistant Facilities Manager to re-allocate or provide additional resources.
The preparation, review and update short term of working programmes in terms of labor, plant, and timescale, for the designation of supervisory staff and labor for work.
Direct liaison with clients, or client's representatives and effectively manage all queries and complaints.
Perform clerical duties as required by the job.
Preparation and maintenance of accurate registers for materials and drawing schedules.
Monitor activities for accuracy and variance.
Arrange site inspection from time to time to monitor the standard of work and completion schedule.
Enforce the maintenance of the site working practices in accordance with the company's health and safety standards. Ensure adherence to process and procedure.

Education and Training: Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2-4 Years
Languages: Fluency in English, Additional Language is a plus
Skills/Ability: Good Communication & Computer Skills
