for FM Admin Coordinator: 1. Maintain a record of all the fleet related data, update the usage on all the invoices and submit it to accounts.
2. Handle company petty cash for all the Fleet and Accommodation activities and also coordinate with suppliers for cash payments
3. Maintenance requirements in Office and other company premises
4.Managing all the Fleet and accommodation related queries and issues
5. Assist in getting quotations for rental vehicles, spare parts, tenancy contracts and other services.
6. Coordination with RTA and other government institutions
7. Coordination with employees for vehicle and accommodation related matters 8. Payment follow up and collections (clients) 9. Facilitating and Maintaining files for fit out NOC's - Fees and Security Deposits/ DEWA NOC's Security Deposit refund 10.Follows HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) procedure implemented by company rules and procedures Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
