Facilities Manager

Job Description

  • To ensure the facilities management contract is delivered and that service provision KPIs are all attained.
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff.
  • To manage procurement and logistics.
  • To manage all the MEP & Civil building maintenance request.
  • Provide service delivery to end users.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with reputed FM companies in UAE.
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) / Facility Management Professional (FMP) / Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) certification will be an added advantage
