We're Urgently Hiring: FLORIST DESIGNER

Location: City Walk, Dubai | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Design and create innovative floral arrangements, bouquets, and collections that align with Dia Flower's brand identity and seasonal trends. Conceptualize and execute

new collections

(seasonal, festive, corporate events). Create

in-store and window displays

to attract and engage customers. Collaborate with the team on

special projects, events, and custom orders

. Source and recommend flowers, accessories, and materials that match design requirements. Maintain high standards of

quality, presentation, and aesthetics

in all floral work. Guide and train florists on new designs and techniques when required. Ensure proper care, handling, and storage of flowers to maintain freshness. Work closely with the operations and sales team to fulfill client requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Floral Designer/Florist

in a retail or event setting. Strong sense of creativity, style, and attention to detail. Knowledge of

floral trends, color theory, and design techniques

. Ability to conceptualize and launch

new floral collections and displays

. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work under pressure during peak seasons (e.g., Valentine's, Mother's Day, weddings). Immediate availability (Can join ASAP).
