We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Floral Designer

to join our creative team and bring forward-thinking, innovative floral concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of high-end floral concepts for luxury events, weddings, and corporate projects. Develop and present

creative floral concepts, mood boards, and design proposals.

Oversee the styling, installation, and on-site execution of floral arrangements at events. Manage floral production teams, ensuring quality, creativity, and precision. Collaborate with event planners, stylists, and clients to deliver exceptional results. Stay updated on international floral design trends and introduce new ideas into projects.
Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of professional floral design experience with luxury events. Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in large-scale installations, innovative concepts, and luxury styling. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of seasonal flowers, textures, and design techniques. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
