Florist / Floral Designer

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and corporate clients Suggest creative floral concepts tailored to customer requests Manage fresh flower handling, storage, hydration, and waste reduction Receive and organize flower and supply deliveries from vendors Provide excellent customer service in-store, via phone, and online Maintain visual merchandising and floral displays in the shop Keep the workspace clean, organized, and presentable at all times Collaborate with the team during high-volume periods (e.g., Valentine's, Mother's Day)

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in floral design or flower shop environment Excellent sense of design, color harmony, and attention to detail Familiarity with various flower types, seasons, and care techniques Positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mentality Good spoken English (Arabic is a plus) Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
