We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-oriented Florist with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in floral design, arrangement, and retail customer service.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and capable of interacting professionally and warmly with customers, offering suggestions, creating custom floral arrangements, and ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create stunning and unique floral designs for all types of occasions (weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc.) Greet and assist customers with floral selections and custom bouquet requests Maintain flower freshness and store cleanliness Manage inventory of flowers, materials, and tools Handle daily opening and closing tasks of the shop Ensure all floral displays are aesthetically arranged and seasonal Communicate clearly and politely with customers in Arabic Track orders and ensure timely delivery for booked arrangements
Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of florist experience in a retail or event floral setting Arabic speaking is mandatory Strong knowledge of flower types, care, and design trends Ability to work long hours (12 hours/day) and under pressure, especially during seasonal peaks Good communication and interpersonal skills Well-groomed, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
