Our company is looking for a friendly and reliable Online Customer Service Representative with experience in the
flower industry
. You will assist customers with online orders, answer questions about flowers, arrangements, and products listed on the website, and help solve delivery or product issues.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
Help customers choose the flowers or gifts.
Handle order issues, returns, and delivery updates.
Provide care tips and product recommendations.
Requirements:
Experience in similar handling of online order.
Knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements (can do sophiisticated design).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using basic computer systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
* online sales florist cum customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
