Create floral arrangements in various styles (classic, modern & custom)
Handle customer requests and translate their ideas into real floral designs
Prepare special arrangements for events (engagements, newborns, birthdays, corporate, celebrations)
Maintain daily fresh flower inventory, cleaning & organizing the flower fridge
Ensure high quality standards before final delivery
Prepare ready-made bouquets and organize in-store displays
Suggest new arrangement ideas based on seasons & trends
Support content creation when needed (photos / reels / styling shots)
