Our client is a well-established premium interior fit out firm and as part of their growth we are recruiting a UAE experienced project coordinator to join their Dubai office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall project administration throughout the entire project life cycle.

Role Summary

• Monitor project schedules and plans and ensure that issues and risks are highlighted to the relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare and circulate well written and well-presented emails, letters, client and management reports, technical documents, installation guides, presentations and minutes of meetings.

• Coordinate and track RFPs and RFQs.

• Arrang meetings and follow up on actions points with the relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare and update project and mobilization plans and status reports; track budget and procurement.

• Manage the control of incoming and outgoing documents including drawings ensuring that document control procedures are adhered to.

• Electronic and hard copy filing of documents.

• Update tender and construction documents and drawings with accurate revision coding.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 4 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 UAE experience as a project coordinator or project administrator in an interior fit out, architecture, flooring or construction company.

• Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook and in depth experience of working with technical documents and drawings.

• UAE driving license is a strong advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai (near Barsha).

• Fluent in English \xe2\x80\x93 excellent written and verbal English.

• Fluency in Tagalog is a strong advantage.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a busy environment; proactive, able to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast paced environment.

• High level of attention to detail; able to work independently, solve problems and meet deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in interiors / architecture is a strong advantage.
