  • Answering client queries
  • Drafting reply to client letters
  • Answering all the permit related issues to clients related to permits
  • Taking care of all the EMMAR permits on the permits
  • Lately started Handling the DM portals
  • Handling client meeting and preparing MOM\xe2\x80\x99s for the meetings
2) Management:
  • Coordinating with the high level management regarding the monthly payment receivables and preparing the cash inflow reports in coordination with the accounts and QS teams
  • Sorting out the critical payment related to the vendors and highlighting the same with the high level managements
  • Highlighting the issues pertaining to the site team in terms of manpower, material ETC and providing solutions to the teams
  • Weekly meeting with all the respective PM\xe2\x80\x99s, Site Engineers and supervisors and highlighting it to top level management
3) Accounts
  • During the absence of the critical resources in the company, had successfully handled large amounts of cash without any mishap
  • Coordination with the accounts team in checking the receivables and updating the monthly cash flow reports
4) Document controller
  • Have assisted the new joinee in the documentation process
  • Have also formulated the process and formats related to documentation
  • Have developed production trackers and shared with the DC in the factory
  • Verifying the documents before is has shared by DC to the clients to ensure there is no wrong documents are shared
5) QS and Estimations:
  • Verifying all the IPC that are generated for the vendors to ensure the wrong IPC are not generated
  • Budget checking before the LPO is being issued to ensure the budgets of the projects are on track
  • Implementing the monthly billing process to ensure all the client invoice are raised on time during the end of the month, so the management is aware of the billing line up for the next month
6) Logistics:
  • Helping the logistic team in ensuring the required manpower is allocated to the sites
  • Implemented the manpower allocation formats for proper tracking
  • Verifying the manpower productive report through daily reports
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • 5 years\' UAE experience as a project coordinator or project administrator in an interior fit out, architecture, flooring or construction company. Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook and in depth experience of working with technical documents and drawings.
