Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key part of our hypermarket's daily operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the management team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations across various departments Ensure smooth workflow and high standards of customer service Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment Train, motivate, and evaluate store staff Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Support promotional and visual merchandising initiatives Assist in daily sales reporting and loss prevention measures
Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a hypermarket or supermarket setting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory software Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
