We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Supermarket Floor Supervisor
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in retail sales, particularly within a supermarket or similar setting, and must hold a validNo Objection Certificate (NOC)
for employment in Qatar.Responsibility
:Minimum
2 years of experience
in retail, preferably in a supermarket or similar environment.Valid NOC (No Objection Certificate)
from a previous employer (for visa transfer purposes). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Supervise daily floor operations and staff performance. Monitor product display, expiry dates, and inventory movement. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly. Coordinate with cashiers, storekeepers, and management for smooth operations. Prepare daily sales and stock reports for management review. Any nationality welcome.Note: Salary will be negotiable upon your interview.
