Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide the service team and interact with guests.
2. Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B sector.
Prior experience in managing front-of-house operations, including guest relations, service quality, and team performance.
3. Leadership & Management:
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff and hostesses.
Capable of handling guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
Ensures staff adherence to company policies, hygiene, and service standards.
4. Operational Knowledge:
Excellent understanding of dining room flow and table service etiquette.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory control.
Coordinates with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
5. Appearance & Personality:
Presentable and well-groomed at all times.
Professional, confident, and approachable personality.
6. Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
7. Availability:
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the operation.
8. Education:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
