to lead our Teading telesales team focused onCFD
Forex, Commodities, and US Equities
.Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of telesales agents Monitor daily performance and drive conversion targets Ensure compliance with regulatory and product standards Collaborate with marketing and onboarding teams for lead flow Provide product training and support to improve team expertise
Requirements:
Proven experience in CFD/Forex/Equity sales Strong leadership and coaching skills Solid understanding of trading platforms and market trends Excellent communication and team management abilities
