Floor Manager - Patient Care

to oversee daily patient care operations and ensure smooth coordination between clinical staff, patients, and administration. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, efficient workflow, and compliance with healthcare policies while maintaining a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily floor operations to ensure quality patient care and safety Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and support staff to maintain efficient patient flow Monitor patient experience and address concerns or complaints promptly Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and task assignments Maintain accurate patient records and operational reports Support clinical staff during peak hours and emergencies Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and proper utilization of patient care areas Assist management in implementing operational improvements and training staff

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

1 year

of experience in patient care coordination or healthcare operations Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and hospital workflows Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospital management systems
