Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the medical center's floor.
Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination between departments.
Supervise staff and maintain high service standards.
Handle patient concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospital/clinic management preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments efficiently.
Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient care standard.
