Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Flight Dispatcher

to support daily flight operations. The dispatcher will be responsible for flight planning, operational coordination, regulatory compliance, and real-time flight monitoring, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and release flight plans in accordance with FAA and GCAA regulations Monitor flights and provide operational support from pre-departure to arrival Conduct weather analysis, NOTAM review, fuel planning, and route optimization Coordinate with flight crew, ATC, ground handling, and fuel providers Ensure compliance with operational manuals, MEL, and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate operational records and post-flight documentation Support AOG and irregular operations as required

Requirements

Valid FAA or GCAA Flight Dispatcher License - mandatory

Proven experience in business jet or corporate aviation operations preferred Strong knowledge of international flight planning and regulatory compliance Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred

Experience with international operations and long-range flights Familiarity with flight planning tools and dispatch systems
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:

Flight Dispatcher: 3 years (Required) Foreflight: 2 years (Required) Private aviation: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:

FAA / GCAA flight dispatcher License (Required)
