Flexo Printer Operator
Education:
Technical training in printing/packagingExperience:
3-5 years in cement paper bag or carton products, proven experience in operating flexographic printing machines. Knowledge of inks, substrates (kraft paper, film, etc.), and color matching.Role:
Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality printed packaging materials. Ensures efficiency, print accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Machine setup (cylinder/plate mounting, material loading) Review job orders, artwork, and specifications Monitor and control print quality (color consistency, alignment, clarity) Adjust machine settings (tension, pressure, speed, drying units) Perform maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting Inspect products for defects and compliance Record production data (output, waste, downtime, materials used) Follow safety and housekeeping standardsSalary & Benefits:
Salary (final as per CV and selection) + Overtime Food allowance: Included in salary Accommodation: Provided by company (bachelor sharing) Transportation: Provided (camp to factory) Contract: 3 years Other benefits: As per Qatar Labour Law
