About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corrugated Printer Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating 4-color flexographic printing machines specifically used in the production of corrugated packaging. This role plays a critical part in ensuring print quality, machine performance, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain 4-color flexo printing machines used for corrugated packaging production. Set up print jobs according to specifications including ink selection, plate mounting, and registration. Work under the guidance of the Shift Leader to execute daily print schedules. Perform quality checks on printed sheets to ensure color consistency, registration, and clarity. Adjust machine settings to correct issues and maintain optimal print quality. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime. Collaborate with die-cutting and finishing teams to ensure seamless production flow. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience operating corrugated flexo printing machines (preferably 4-color). Solid understanding of color matching, plate alignment, and printing press mechanics. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and print quality issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication skills and a strong team player mindset. Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
