Financial Target achievement

• Receive and contact each Online leads from SalesForce
• Achieve the lead conversion targets communicated
• Follow up with the customer & FSC simultaneously to ensure the lead conversion
• To support the sales management in promoting the focus models

Strategic Implementation

• Provide an excellent first impression to customer as their first point of contact with AAC
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer is left happy with his/her experience with Nissan
• Promote the right product according to customer needs and stock availability

Business Development

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads

Customer Journey

• Assist customer through out his purchase process, from enquiry stage to delivery
• Ensure the SLA levels are met

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a mediator between customer and FSC

Learning & Growth

• Adapt with digital transformation by learning, practicing the digital tools & technologies
• Attend the recommended trainings and learning programs with significance
• Have thorough product knowledge including competitors

Policies, Procedures and Corporate Governance

• Understanding and abiding the fleet department processes & policies
• Ensure the fair distribution of leads between the FSC\xe2\x80\x99s as per agreed conditions
• Knowledge of GIA, AML & KYC policies

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma Certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience in Tele marketing , sales negotiation , closing deals in Dubai is a must
• Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
• Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Willing to learn and improve.
