Dubai Ready-Mix Concrete LLC is hiring an experienced
Fleet Supervisor
to oversee daily fleet operations, supervise drivers, and ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Arabic-speaking candidates
are strongly preferred due to operational and communication requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily fleet activities and ensure efficient vehicle allocation
Supervise drivers, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with safety rules
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with workshops
Track vehicle performance, fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance expenses
Ensure all vehicles meet RTA requirements and company safety standards
Manage registration, insurance, permits, and documentation
Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports
Maintain accurate fleet records and reports for management
Work closely with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
Requirements
Arabic Speaker (preferred)
- strong communication in Arabic & English
Diploma in any field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in fleet supervision, transportation, or operations.
trong understanding of UAE transport regulations and vehicle maintenance
Proficient in fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Arabic speaking will be preferred.
