Our service innovation provides short-term car rentals, with our entire fleet of cars accessible through our Smartphone App. Licensed by Dubai RTA, we enable a solution that addresses increasing car demands, higher energy costs and limited parking slots, while reducing the negative impacts of private vehicle ownership. About The Role: We are recruiting for a fleet QA executive to assist the feel managers by carrying out random inspections of the fleet cars once our drivers clean, fuel and move the cars. Responsibilities: Build and maintain a filed quality scorecard Carry out field inspections across UAE Report on daily QA inspections carried out Build and maintain performance improvement plans based on the outcome of the inspections Provide feedback to fleet supervisors on the driver's performances Build how to guides on how to carry out cleaning and other driver tasks Maintain quality records for each team Conduct quality collaborations with fleet supervisors to ensure everyone is on the same page. Conduct tool kit audits as a part of the quality inspections Work closely with customer service to review reports from customers. Requirements: Administrative with automotive experience is preferred; Quality assurance background in the automotive industry Great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive; Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines; Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies; Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in English language; Graduate degree UAE Experience Knowledge about UAE Roads and RTA rules Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
