Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including allocation of vehicles and scheduling drivers.
Monitor and maintain vehicle records, registrations, and insurance.
Plan preventive maintenance and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
Track vehicle movements and optimize routes for efficiency.
Supervise drivers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws.
Maintain records of fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs.
Coordinate with suppliers and workshops for vehicle-related requirements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in fleet or logistics management.
Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and MS Office tools.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
Valid UAE Driving License (not mandatory)
