Job Description
Job Purpose:
To oversee, manage, and optimize the company's fleet operations ensuring vehicle safety, compliance, cost-efficiency, and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement, maintenance, registration, and inspection of all fleet vehicles. Monitor vehicle tracking systems and ensure optimal route planning. Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations. Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, fuel usage, and repairs. Coordinate with service providers for repairs and insurance. Analyze fleet performance and implement cost-saving strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of fleet management experience. Knowledge of transport laws and vehicle maintenance. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in fleet management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
