to take full ownership of our company's vehicle operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth transportation logistics, cost control, and vehicle compliance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet
Schedule and monitor routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
Oversee insurance, registration, fines, and Salik charge management
Handle vehicle handovers, including documentation and key tracking
Coordinate with drivers, ensure adherence to schedules and company policies
Monitor and report vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and cost efficiency
Maintain an up-to-date database of all vehicles, including service history
Evaluate and recommend cost-effective solutions for fleet optimization
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and safety requirements
Liaise with suppliers, garages, and government departments as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in vehicle or fleet management
Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws, RTA requirements, and vehicle registration processes
Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Excel and vehicle management systems/software
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Experience handling vehicle insurance, fines, and repair contracts
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems independently
Familiarity with fuel tracking systems and cost control measures
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus
