Fleet Manager - Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Operations Management:

Oversee daily fleet activities, ensuring optimal utilization of vehicles and adherence to schedules.

Vehicle Procurement & Maintenance:

Manage the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

Develop and manage fleet budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Driver Management:

Supervise and train drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and road safety regulations.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with UAE transportation regulations, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular reports on fleet performance.

Vendor & Supplier Relations:

Manage relationships with service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of parts and services.

Safety & Risk Management:

Implement safety protocols, conduct regular vehicle inspections, and address any incidents or accidents promptly

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably within the UAE.

Skills:

Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation regulations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
