Best Ways Medical Services is seeking a skilled
Fleet In-Charge / Fleet Maintenance In-Charge
to oversee our vehicle fleet operations. The role ensures vehicles are operational, safe, and cost-effective through proper maintenance and management.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Supervise daily maintenance and repairs, coordinating with mechanics or external vendors. Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and vehicle health. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Manage budgets for parts, labor, and external services. Conduct inspections and coordinate urgent repairs. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and maintenance. Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in fleet management software and GPS tracking. Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.
