1.0 JOB DESCRIPTIOND Department: Mechanical 1.1 Carry out preventive/routine and reactive maintenance of Plant & Machinery 1.2 Awareness of Standards / SOPs. 2.0 JOB ROLE 2.1 Report while attending and relieving the duties 2.2 Ensure communication flow to vertical, horizontal and line below 2.3 Ensure to comply with all SOPs / SMPs by self 2.4 Ensure Safety Compliance in all respects 2.5 Ensure that all required tools & tackles are carried along with while starting the maintenance activity 2.6 Ensure Isolation of equipment, where ever necessary 2.7 Ensure that the given task is completed in stipulated / targeted time 2.8 Troubleshoots problems with equipment and adjusts as necessary 2.9 Help the team for Root Cause Analysis of repeated breakdowns 2.10 Adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, Safety Standards 2.11 Report all incidents immediately to MEIPL and immediate reporting officer 2.12 Maintain Housekeeping & 5s activities 2.13 Performing other related duties as assigned by reporting officer 2.14 Inform daily activities to the reporting officer for recording in log book 2.15 3.0 Competency / Requirements 3.1 Technical 3.1.1 Determine the kind of tools and tackles required to carry the job given 3.1.2 ITI with 3 to 4 years of experience 3.2 Functional 3.2.1 Awareness about standards of M/s Vedanta. 3.2.2 Awareness of 5S, KAIZEN, Quality circle and other development initiatives 3.3 Behavioural 3.3.1 Punctuality 3.3.2 Team Player 3.3.3 Responsive Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,162.92 - AED4,518.46 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
