About Us:

We specialise in delivering premium commercial and residential fit-out projects across the UAE. With a reputation for quality, efficiency, and safety, we are growing fast and looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman to take charge of our site operations and ensure excellence in every detail. We also are heavily involved in exhibition/events fitouts.

Your Role

As a Fit-Outs/Construction Foreman, you'll lead and supervise all on-site activities from start to finish. You'll need to have a lot of technical knowledge and know how to manage a team. The foreman must ensure the job is done right--on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors

-Read construction drawings and specifications easily

-Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures

-Manage site resources, materials, and schedules

-Provide hands-on support and leadership to trades when needed

-Ensure top-tier quality control and conduct thorough inspections

-Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

-Maintain accurate site records and daily reports

Mandatory Requirements

-Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in fit-out or general construction

-Hands-on experience with drywall/gypsum/brick wall fabrication

-Strong knowledge and experience in plumbing and MEP systems

-Skilled in tiling, painting, and furnishing installation

-Excellent eye for quality control and detailed inspections

-Trade qualification or relevant certification (highly desirable)

-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

-Strong communication and leadership skills
