Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Fit-Out Foreman

to oversee and execute interior fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in interior execution and site management and hold a

valid UAE driving license

to travel between project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure the project progresses as per approved drawings and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and project managers. Review project plans, material specifications, and shop drawings. Monitor site progress, quality standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure snag-free delivery. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and issue logs. Ensure the availability of required manpower, materials, and equipment. Attend client and consultant meetings and provide technical solutions to site challenges. Ensure site work complies with local building codes and municipality regulations (DM, Trakhees, etc.). Manage handover and close-out processes including documentation and punch lists.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of UAE experience

in interior fit-out and finishing works. Strong technical understanding of carpentry, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes. Proven experience in

high-end commercial, retail, or hospitality projects

. Proficient in reading AutoCAD drawings and project documentation. Excellent communication and site management skills.

Valid UAE driving license

(mandatory). Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
