Leading and directing civil workers, masons, and laborers on site.
Enforcing safety protocols, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring work meets quality standards.
Monitoring material usage, coordinating equipment and manpower, and ensuring adequate resources are available.
Creating work schedules, monitoring progress, and reporting on work status to Supervisor Addressing on-site issues, resolving conflicts, and communicating with Supervisors and Engineers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions.
Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 4 Years UAE Experience
Civil Engineering Diploma Holder or Equivalent but not compulsory
Driving License holder is preferable but not compulsory
Must know using of Computer
Should know English or Arabic
